“Edgar Sandalo joins the cast of “Saan Darating ang Umaga”
It was back to work for me even before most of us are hesitantly going back to work Monday after a very long Christmas break.
I got a call from Tito Ces Aldaba, fellow character actor who is also a Talent Supplier. He booked me for a taping last Saturday, 03 January 2009. My calltime was at 5:00 p.m. at the Sugar Regulatory Administration building on North Avenue, Quezon City.
Fresh from my role as a board member in the just concluded teleserye “Iisa Pa Lamang” in the Kapamilya ABS-CBN’s Channel 2, I will play similar board member role of the Rodrigo Development Inc. this time for the Kapuso GMA Channel 7 station’s afternoon drama “Saan Darating ang Umaga”.
Dindo (Gary Estrada) is hatching an evil plan against Ruben (Joel Torre) for the Presidency of their family company after the death of their father (Charlie Davao). He met me – board member Mark Santiago about his plan. Will I collaborate with Dindo or stay loyal to Ruben?
My appearance in this afternoon drama gave me the chance to work again with Yasmien Kurdi. After Yasmien won in the Starstruck talent search , I played her dad in Starstruck PlayHouse episode titled “Ang Mga Tatay Kong Nanay”.
Watch “Saan Darating ang Umaga” after Eat Bulaga, 2:30 p.m. GMA Channel 7. My scenes will start to air Tuesday, 06 January 2009 till next week.
hala tito egay, napanuod ko ata tong scene na toh? hmm.. fyi fan din ako ni jacob rica (joel in the show, son of joel torre and lani) hehe.. kaya nanunuod po ako ng SDAU before.. parang napanuod ko nga po ata tong scene.. kayo pla un.. ung sa office n ngpaplan si gary estrada n tumagilid ng suporta kay joel torre pero hindi pumayag ung mga kausap ata.. ayun.. at kayo pla ung isa dun.. hehe..
