“Rayver Cruz: A Gentle Giant”
Rayver Cruz plays the role of Cocoy, a street smart lad who eventually found shelter in the monastery in the about to end top-rated tv show titled “May Bukas Pa”. Paired as a love team with Maja Salvador, this six-footer hunk started out as a child actor and had grown up in the tv series to become one of the more promising young actors. 
“Dominic Ochoa: My Consultant”
Dom, as we call him comes to the set with reading materials. Magazines featuring cars, the latest models and how to maintain them are the stuff he is reading while waiting for takes on the set. This interest in magazines about cars has something to do with his hobby: collecting cars!
Yes, if some people are into collecting stamps while others are into collecting bottles, Dom is into collecting cars for a hobby! He does not simply collect cars, as in buying it and displaying it in the garage but he makes sure that all of them are in good running condition. One time he related to us that he has to buy from an exclusive importer of spare parts for his imported cars like his Range Rovers. By the way, I had the chance to ride one of his Range Rovers. It was during one of our appearance in ASAP 09 when he offered us a short ride from the ABS-CBN parking to a restaurant nearby where we ate late lunch!

When I asked Tonton Gutierrez if he is the one maintaining his facebook account, his quick response was that he is not the one who opened and maintained an account in facebook bearing his name. A fan may have done it. Truth of the matter is, Tonton is not at all wired unlike his mother Ms. Liza Lorena who is wired and is spending most of her waiting time on the set doing the games in facebook!
One afternoon, while Dominic Ochoa, Jaime Fabregas, Andre Tiangco and myself were huddled together in a conference table of the new municipal hall of Bacolor which is being used as the set of the Municipality of Bagong Pag-asa, Ms. Liza Lorena joined us and she and Andre were discussing about the points that they currently earned in their respective games in facebook. The faces of Dominic and Jaime were all in amazement as they did not have the slightest idea what Maam Liza and Andre were talking about! I volunteered to tell them that Maam Liza and Andre were talking about their performances in the facebook games.

Working with the stars in “May Bukas Pa” would come to pass as the longest “getting to know your favorite stars” I ever experienced. Yes, that part of being a fan in me is still very active even in this project where I had the chance to rub elbows, chat, laugh, eat and drink with the stars!
In the process, I came to know more about who Albert Martinez is. Nine year ago, I had worked for a project starring Albert when I appeared for a bit role in a movie titled “Ika-13 Kapitulo” but I never had the chance to work with him. My scenes were with Christopher de Leon since I played as one of the members of the board of Boyeth's company in the movie. The second project that I worked with Albert was for a teleserye titled “Maria Flordeluna”. Albert played the lead role as Col. Alicante, the father of Maria Flordeluna while I played the role of a police general – General Garcia who was a member of a syndicate. We had some taping days together. But, my character appeared only towards the end of the story, hence my chance to get familiar with Albert was not that long.
